How long will my carpets take to dry?
With our V.L.M. Very Low Moisture encapsulation deep cleaning process you can expect faster dry times with this method (about 1 to 2 hours).
With our optional Hot Water Extraction normal drying time is about 6 to 12 hours for the carpet to completely dry, depending on humidity, temperature and air flow to the areas
It’s okay to walk on your carpet instantly after cleaning, we recommend not wearing street shoes, as they may re-soil your carpet. We advise wearing clean soled shoes.
Do I need to do anything to prepare my home before my carpets cleaning?
Yes, knick-knacks should be put away prior to the cleaning service and the floors should be free of any toys, debris, electronics etc.
What method do you use for carpet cleaning?
1- OxyFresh uses Low-Moisture Encapsulation Technology to organically clean by extracting dirt, stains, odors and allergens from your carpet, this cleaning method requires very little water to clean your carpet allowing us to use 95% less water while achieving the same results.
2- We also offer Hot Water Truck-mounted Extraction which removes the toughest, deepest dirt safely and gently from your fabric
Will you move my furniture for me?
No, we do not move Furniture, but we will provide assistances in moving minimum small pieces at no additional charge.
